KOSTChill PG HD Heat Transfer Fluid is a propylene glycol-based heat transfer fluid containing a specially designed package of industrial corrosion inhibitors specifically designed for use in heavy duty applications, including refinery and chemical plant processes.

  • Fluid is dyed florescent pink for leak detection purposes
  • Appropriate applications include: Pharma Processing, Chemical Processing, and Process Heating and Cooling applications

KOSTChill PG FG Heat Transfer Fluid is a propylene glycol-based heat transfer fluid containing a specially designed inhibitor package that helps prevent corrosion. KOSTChill PG FG is registered by NSF as a HT-1 approved product and by the canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and is manufactured with ingredients classified as Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) by the FDA.

  • Fluid is undyed and near colorless

KOSTPac HD Inhibitor Booster is a fully-formulated inhibitor package that, when added at 0.8% by volume to the appropriate water, buffer and glycol mix, will formulate a premium heavy duty heat transfer fluid. It can also be used in existing inhibited fluid to boost performance as inhibitors deplete over time, essentially extending change out intervals.

Storage & Handling:

Keep product stored above 60⁰F.
If precipitate forms heat to drum to 100⁰F and remix until it goes back into solution.

KOSTPac RD2 Inhibitor Booster is a fully-formulated inhibitor package that, when added at 0.3% by volume to the appropriate water, buffer and glycol mix, will formulate a regular duty heat transfer fluid. It can also be used in existing inhibited fluid to boost performance as inhibitors deplete over time, essentially extending change out intervals.
